
Garlic Rye Crackers

Ingredients:
120g rye flour
60g all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder (optional)
2 tbsp olive oil
⅓ cup water, plus more if needed
Top with flaky salt, dried minced garlic, Sesame seeds
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a bowl, mix rye flour, all-purpose flour, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder (if using)
Replace the AP flour with rye and try 100% if you’re feeling adventurous!
Stir in olive oil and water until it forms a dough. Add a splash of more water if crumbly.
Roll dough out thin (like 1/16 inch) between two sheets of parchment.
Cut into cracker shapes with a knife or pastry cutter.
Sprinkle top with flaky salt, garlic or other toppings of choice
Bake on parchment for 12-15 minutes until crisp and golden at the edges.
Cool completely on a rack. They'll crisp up even more as they cool.
