Ingredients:

120g rye flour

60g all-purpose flour

1/4 tsp salt

1 tsp garlic powder

1/4 tsp onion powder (optional)

2 tbsp olive oil

⅓ cup water, plus more if needed

Top with flaky salt, dried minced garlic, Sesame seeds

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a bowl, mix rye flour, all-purpose flour, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder (if using)

Replace the AP flour with rye and try 100% if you’re feeling adventurous!

Stir in olive oil and water until it forms a dough. Add a splash of more water if crumbly.

Roll dough out thin (like 1/16 inch) between two sheets of parchment.

Cut into cracker shapes with a knife or pastry cutter.

Sprinkle top with flaky salt, garlic or other toppings of choice

Bake on parchment for 12-15 minutes until crisp and golden at the edges.

Cool completely on a rack. They'll crisp up even more as they cool.
