The Proof Bread Experience: Sourdough at Home, Saturday August 8th

Are you already an experienced sourdough baker looking to take your loaves to the next level? This five hour, in-depth sourdough class is what you've been hoping for. This class is not designed for beginners, but instead people who already know the basics of sourdough but want to learn more in-depth from masters of the craft. 

This class takes place at our Shea location on Saturday, August 8th from 3-8pm. Participants will learn to make a sourdough loaf start to finish using our new Proof Country Blend flour.
