This 2,000g sourdough miche showcases the deep, aromatic richness of Rouge de Bordeaux—a French heritage wheat prized for its complex flavor and beautiful reddish-bran tones. We fresh-mill the whole berries in-house, preserving the grain’s full nutritional profile and signature character.
The result is a miche with a rich mahogany crust and a soft crumb that carries notes of toasted hazelnut, warm spice, and a whisper of cocoa. Naturally leavened and long-fermented, it’s a bread that feels both old-world and extraordinary.

This is a pilot program. Bread ships out on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday. Please note that making this bread is a multi-day process requiring planning.
